After securing a commitment from wide receiver Joshua Burrell and solidifying the transfer of Mississippi State defensive tackle Fabien Lovett, the Florida State Seminoles got some more good news on the recruiting trail.
Jordan Eubanks, a 6’3 210 pound outside linebacker from Denton, TX, announced his pledge to play in Tallahassee on Saturday.
The Class of 2021 prospect attends Guyer High School and has an 84 rating (3*) by 247 Sports. They see him as the 77th best OLB and 189th best player in Texas.
From our State of Recruiting look at Florida State’s linebacker targets:
A 6’2, 205 pound 3-star from Guyer High School (Denton, TX), Eubanks has not visited Florida State yet, as he just received an offer from the Seminoles in April. Another player who splits time at safety and linebacker, Eubanks shows above-average coverage skills and excels at reading an offense. He has top-end closing speed, allowing him to stop plays before they start:
Eubanks had Arizona, Arkansas, Michigan State, Pitt and Colorado as his other finalists.
Be sure to head to our official recruiting thread to talk about his commitment, FSU’s other pick ups and ask any questions you might have.
