FSU baseball announces loaded 2022 schedule

Big time non-conference opponents headed to Dick Howser.

Florida State baseball is set for a loaded 2022 schedule. The Seminoles, with a revamped roster of position players, will host a handful of big-time non-conference opponents in Dick Howser Stadium this year. After a shortened schedule last year, the ‘Noles are back to a full 56-game schedule this upcoming season.

In a release from Florida State sports information, Mike Martin Jr. said, “We’re very excited for the 2022 season and we will be tested throughout the year. After the challenges of the last two seasons, the players are looking forward to a packed Dick Howser Stadium and playing for our great fans.”

FSU will host TCU for three games (April 29-May 1), the first time in the regular season the two teams have played. FSU’s series against California will also be the first time the teams have met in the regular season, and FSU and James Madison have never played.
