Florida State baseball has had a busy summer. The Seminoles have been busy in the recruiting trail, the transfer portal, summer leagues, and 2021 MLB Draft. We break it all down on the newest episode of Sunday Golds: A Florida State Baseball Podcast.
In the episode, we start by talking the 2021 MLB Draft. The Seminoles had seven players and two recruits drafted. FSU replaced some of those draftees with four transfers and a JUCO commit.
The ‘Noles have targeted premier players in the portal, adding Florida SS Jordan Carrion, Miami DH/1B Alex Toral, Tennessee Tech MIF Brett Roberts, and UNC RHP Joseph Charles. We talk about the Seminoles’ transfer portal process and what it means for 2022.
Lastly, we gave updates on the ‘Noles playing this summer, including Cape League All-Stars Bryce Hubbart and Jonah Scolaro.
