Seminoles looking for fifth straight win over the Yellow Jackets.

Mike Olivella

Florida State basketball is off to a hot start in the 2020-21 season, with a 3-0 record and two non-conference victories over power five teams. After last week’s wins over the Indiana Hoosiers and Florida Gators, FSU is up to #15 in the AP Poll, as the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets (2-2) come to Tallahassee to open up ACC play.

The Seminoles will be in their all gold uniforms tonight, as they start their ACC title defense against GT.

Here are some objectives the ‘Noles could obtain with a win over Georgia Tech tonight:

  • Start the season 4-0 for the fourth time in the last five years.
  • Five straight over the Yellow Jackets.
  • 33rd consecutive victory in games played in the state of Florida.
  • First ACC opening win in four years.

The Seminoles and Yellow Jackets tip off at 8:30 PM from the Tucker Center. The game will be aired on ACCNetwork. We will have live game coverage in the game thread below, as well as our twitter (@tomahawknation).
