Florida State vs. Pitt basketball game postponed

The Seminoles have had 3 games rescheduled in the last week

Florida State Seminoles basketball has had another conference game postponed.

Dealing with an unconfirmed number of positives and personnel in quarantine, FSU’s road game vs. the Pitt Panthers has been rescheduled.

The Seminoles haven’t played since a Dec. 29 loss to Clemson, having had games vs. Duke and Syracuse also postponed.

The Atlantic Coast Conference announced today that the Florida State at Pittsburgh men’s basketball game has been postponed.

The game was scheduled to be played on Saturday, January 9.

In addition, the Pittsburgh at Georgia Tech game has been moved to Wednesday, January 13 at 8:30 p.m. on ACC Network, and on the same date Notre Dame at Virginia now will be played at 2:30 p.m.

The Saturday postponement follows testing issues with the Florida State men’s basketball program. The team is adhering to the outlined protocols within the ACC Medical Advisory Group report, which is available on theACC.com (full report).
