Florida State is 1-1 against the Tar Heels this season, while they haven’t played the Hokies yet. The Virginia Tech vs. North Carolina game will now tip off at 8:30 p.m. tonight.
The ACC tournament will carry on despite the positive test, as teams were in different locker rooms and in minimal contact. It’s also been reported that the positive Duke test came from a walk-on player who did not play in last night’s contest versus Louisville.
Source says ACC is confident Duke's testing won't affect other teams. Were using separate locker rooms, cleaning etc. Florida State now advances.
