Florida State Seminoles basketball dropped a heartbreaker against Georgia Tech in the ACC Tournament title game yesterday, their second missed opportunity to secure a conference title after failing to repeat as regular-season ACC champs, dropping two out of three to finish out the 2020-2021 regular season.
FSU was projected as a four seed in some brackets and despite dropping the championship game, ended up living up to the projection.
Its first game will be vs. UNC Greensboro, with time to be announced.
A full podcast breakdown of the Seminoles’ bracket draw and the loss to Georgia Tech from Matt Minnick and Michael Rogner will be available later this week. Also, FSU women’s basketball will know where its placed tomorrow during Selection Monday at 7 p.m. on ESPN.
