Florida State basketball finished out the 2020-21 season ranked in both the Associated Press and Coaches Polls. Each outlet released the final edition of their rankings Tuesday afternoon, taking the postseason into account.

Coming in at No. 10 in the Coaches Poll, FSU rose four spots since selection Sunday. Their Sweet 16 performance in the 2021 NCAA Tournament has catapulted them to yet another top ten finish to a season.

Florida State finishes out the season as a top ten team nationally for the third straight year. FSU finished No. 10 to end the 2018-19 season. They were No. 4 before the abrupt conclusion of the 2019-20 campaign.

In the AP Top 25, Florida State rose one spot to No. 14. Head coach Leonard Hamilton’s club was the top-ranked team in the ACC in the final version of both polls.

In way-too-early preseason polls, they are also ranked across the boards and are either the first- or second-highest selection out of the ACC.
