The Florida State Seminoles football offseason roster overhaul continued this evening with news that wide receiver Darren “Goldie” Lawrence had entered the transfer portal:
Florida State freshman wide receiver Goldie Lawrence has entered the transfer portal, @chris_hummer and I have learned for @247sports.— Matt Zenitz (@mzenitz) January 5, 2024
Lawrence, a one-time Florida commit, was a Class of 2023 three-star recruit.https://t.co/B9CUpCxYB6 pic.twitter.com/sB2TgJkNY0
Lawrence didn’t accumulate any stats this season, and with Ron Dugans continuing to add talented players to the receiver room, the move makes sense for both parties.
