Navonteque Strong is a 6’1 230 pound inside linebacker from Forest, MS.
The Class of 2021 prospect attends Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College and has an 86 rating (3-star) from the 247 Sports Composite List. The sites consider him the 13th best JUCO prospect (2nd best ILB and 6th best player in Mississippi).
Strong is currently committed to the Mississippi State Bulldogs (since June), but he also has offers from the Colorado Buffaloes, South Carolina Gamecocks, and Washington State Cougars, among others.
Early Saturday afternoon, he was offered by linebacker coach Chris Marve and the Florida State Seminoles:

This offer unsurprisingly comes on the heels of star linebacker prospect Branden Jennings decommitting from Florida State before committing to the Michigan Wolverines Friday afternoon. Once the Seminoles realized the legacy was gone, the staff began pursuing new targets.
