Sunday night, he released his “final 5 schools,” and his list included the Florida State Seminoles football program, along with the Alabama Crimson Tide, Maryland Terrapins, North Carolina Tar Heels, and Penn State Nittany Lions:

Chapman becomes the second Virginia Beach prospect to include FSU in his final list, after 4-star cornerback Tayon Holloway did so Friday evening.
