Johntay Cook II is a 6’0 170 pound wide receiver from DeSoto, TX.
The Class of 2023 prospect attends DeSoto High School.
Cook II already holds offers from the Arizona State Sun Devils, Arkansas Razorbacks, Auburn Tigers, Baylor Bears, Illinois Fighting Illini, Kansas Jayhawks, Nebraska Cornhuskers, Oklahoma State Cowboys, Texas Longhorns, and Texas A&M Aggies, among others. Since he’s in the Class of 2023, it seems to reason he’ll eventually be a blue-chip prospect, as he already has a handful of top-notch programs after his services.
Wednesday evening, he was offered by wide receivers coach Ron Dugans and the Florida State Seminoles football program:

Cook II also runs track and field, which is a theme we have seen time and again with the new Florida State staff, namely they want guys who can run.
