Football:

There’s no sugarcoating this; the offensive and defensive observations from the game are very bad.

Mike Norvell is still in isolation but he spoke to the media about FSU’s blowout to Miami.

Camren McDonald had strong words of praise for his freshman teammates.

Gabby Carle’s best days are ahead of her which is saying a lot because she’s already elite.

Alumni:

Chris Thompson is advising patience:

Dalvin Cook had himself a monster day on Sunday; 22 carries 181 yards and a touchdown:

Xavier Rhodes has got plenty left in the tank; two interceptions including a pick-six:

The ‘Noles weren’t very good on Saturday but they were exceptional on Sunday.
