Jaron Willis is a 6’2 220 pound safety/outside linebacker from Leesburg, GA.
The Class of 2022 prospect attends Lee County High School.
Willis wasn’t ranked this summer, but he now has a 94 rating (4-star) from the 247 Sports Composite List. The sites consider him the 149th best player in his class (13th best OLB and 16th best player in Georgia).
Early Saturday afternoon, Willis included the Florida State Seminoles in his top 10, along with the Auburn Tigers, Florida Gators, Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, LSU Tigers, Nebraska Cornhuskers, Oklahoma State Cowboys, Ole Miss Rebels, South Carolina Gamecocks, and Tennessee Volunteers:

Willis also has offers from the Michigan State Spartans, Pittsburgh Panthers, Texas A&M Aggies, USC Trojans, Virginia Tech Hokies, and West Virginia Mountaineers, among others. I still expect him to get some big-time offers going forward, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see his list evolve, but FSU was on him early, and I expect the Seminoles to be in the mix when Willis makes his final decision.
Willis becomes the second top-150 prospect to include Florida State in his top list in the past two days, joining Louisiana wide receiver Shazz Preston.
