The Florida State Seminoles football team has their site set on several legacy prospects in the 2022 recruiting cycle. Today, FSU brought their first legacy in the fold when defensive end Aaron Hester committed to the ‘Noles over the Miami-Florida Hurricanes, Michigan Wolverines, and Penn State Nittany Lions, among others:

Hester is currently ranked as a top-400 player in the nation and the 25th best weak side defensive end. He carries a high 3-star rating (88) in the composite rankings. Hester is listed at 6’3, 220 pounds and plays his high school football at Duncan U. Fletcher High School in Neptune Beach, FL.
Aaron Hester is the son of former Florida State linebacker Ron Hester. This past season the future Seminole recorded 10.5 sacks and made first team all-conference. Hester makes the fourth commitment for the Seminoles in the Class of 2022, following top rated cornerback/wide receiver Travis Hunter, defensive end Nyjalik Kelly, and 4-star wide receiver Quincy McAdoo.
