Camden Brown offered by Florida State

Can Noles flip him?

Camden Brown is a 6’3 190 pound wide receiver from Delray Beach, FL.

The Class of 2022 prospect attends St. Thomas Aquinas High School (teammate of top offensive line target Julian Armella) and has an 87 rating (3-star) from the 247 Sports Composite List. The sites consider him the 606th best player in his class (84th best WR and 90th best player in Florida).

Brown, who’s currently committed to Pat Narduzzi’s Pittsburgh Panthers, also holds offers from the Auburn Tigers, Cincinnati Bearcats, Colorado Buffaloes, Indiana Hoosiers, Kentucky Wildcats, Ole Miss Rebels, Syracuse Orange, Virginia Cavaliers, and West Virginia Mountaineers, among others.

Tuesday evening, he was offered by wide receivers coach Ron Dugans and the Florida State Seminoles football program:

It’s interesting to note that Brown’s initially from the Shreveport, Louisiana area, so if need be, Florida State might have a nice in with running backs coach and recruiting coordinator David “YAC” Johnson.

Another factor is that head Coach Mike Norvell was in attendance at Brown’s game this weekend (along with offensive line coach Alex Atkins) checking on Armella, so they got to see the WR in action before offering.

As always, make sure to get more info by checking out Tomahawk Nation’s recruiting thread.
