Jackson Bowers is a 6’5 225 pound tight end from Mesa, AZ.
The Class of 2023 prospect attends Mountain View High School and has a 94 rating (4-star) from the 247 Sports Composite List. The sites consider him the 159th best player in his class (10th best TE and 4th best player in Arizona).
Bowers has offers from the Arizona Wildcats, Arizona State Sun Devils, Cal Golden Bears, Colorado Buffaloes, Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, Michigan State Spartans, Oregon State Beavers, USC Trojans, Utah Utes, and Washington Huskies, among others.
Thursday afternoon, he was offered by offensive coordinator Kenny Dillingham and the Florida State Seminoles football program:
After a great conversation with @KennyDillingham I am blessed to receive an offer from FLORIDA STATE UNIVERSITY!! @FSU_Recruiting @JGermaine7 @MVToro_Football @JoshuabRoberts1 @5starD1 @JeremyBoatrigh6 @bangulo @BrandonHuffman @Coach_Norvell pic.twitter.com/YbR4ireLvb— Jackson Bowers 4⭐️TE (@jackson_bow3rs) October 21, 2021
Florida State already has one tight end commitment in its 2023 class (Randy Pittman), but the Seminole staff clearly favors the position, so it wouldn’t be a surprise to see them take multiple guys at this position every year.
