Devaughn Mortimer is a 5’11 160 pound wide receiver from Fort Lauderdale, FL.
The Class of 2022 prospect attends Dillard High School, where he teams up with current Florida State four-star defensive end commit Nyjalik Kelly.
Mortimer has an 87 rating (high 3-star) from the 247 Sports Composite List. The sites consider him the 603rd best player in his class (76th best WR and 81st best player in Florida).
He has offers from the Arizona State Sun Devils, Indiana Hoosiers, Kentucky Wildcats, Maryland Terrapins, Penn State Nittany Lions, Syracuse Orange, Texas A&M Aggies, and West Virginia Mountaineers, among others.

In six games last season, Mortimer caught 24 passes for 318 yards and five touchdowns, helping lead Dillard to an undefeated season. He also returned five kicks for touchdowns.
Mortimer, who runs track, as well, has been clocked at 10.95 in the 100 meters.
