Hero Kanu offered by Florida State

Hero Kanu is a 6’5 293 pound defensive tackle from Rancho Santa Margarita, CA (originally from Germany).

The Class of 2022 prospect attends Santa Margarita Catholic High School and has an 89 rating (high 3-star) from 247 Sports. They consider him the 24th best DT and 35th best player in California.

Kanu has offers from the Arizona Wildcats, Arizona State Sun Devils, Clemson Tigers, Colorado Buffaloes, Florida Gators, Kentucky Wildcats, LSU Tigers, Michigan Wolverines, Ohio State Buckeyes, Oklahoma Sooners, Ole Miss Rebels, Oregon Ducks, Oregon State Beavers, Penn State Nittany Lions, TCU Horned Frogs, Texas Longhorns, Texas A&M Aggies, UCLA Bruins, USC Trojans, and Washington Huskies.

The vast majority of these offers are in the last month (because Kanu has very little game tape), but he’s clearly a blue-chip prospect, and I expect all three sites to fix that with the next update.
