Chris Parson is a 6’0 190 pound quarterback.
The Class of 2023 prospect started his high school career at Duncanville (TX), but now attends Ravenwood High School in Brentwood (TN).
He has an 89 rating (high 3-star) from the 247 Sports Composite List. The sites consider him the 149th best player in his class (11th best QB and 3rd best player in Tennessee).
Parson holds offers from the Iowa Hawkeyes, Kansas Jayhawks, Kentucky Wildcats, Louisville Cardinals, Oregon State Beavers, Syracuse Orange, TCU Horned Frogs, and Virginia Tech Hokies.
Late Thursday afternoon, he was offered by head coach Mike Norvell, offensive coordinator Kenny Dillingham, and the Florida State Seminoles football program:
Romans 15:13. Wow. After a great conversation with Coach Norvell and Coach Dillingham, I’m extremely thankful to earn an offer from my childhood dream school, Florida State University. #GoNoles #Tribe23 pic.twitter.com/cXIKKEjDmZ

Florida State (specifically Dillingham) has shown quite a bit of interest in Parson over the past few months, so this offer doesn’t come as a surprise, and the signal-caller’s emotion when receiving the offer, as well as the sentiments expressed are seemingly encouraging for the Seminoles.
