Recruiting:
Two days after visiting that school in Gainesville, IMG Academy’s Knijeah Harris will make a visit to Florida State. The four-star offensive guard is the No. 5 interior lineman in the 2023 class.

Football:
Not that we’re counting but football season is a little more than two months away as the Noles get ready to celebrate its 75th season. Football not alone in hitting that landmark in the upcoming school year.
75 days until season No. 75#NoleFamily

And the Noles coaching staff welcomed a new member to campus, Special Teams Assistant Carter Barfield.

Basketball:
The Noles have scheduled a neutral site game in South Carolina against the Gamecocks, according to College Hoops Today’s Jon Rothstien. That game is reportedly set to happen in December in Rock Hill, SC. Neither school has officially announced the game so details are limited.
All Sports:
Women’s tennis landed four selections on the All-ACC Academic Team. The selections put a stamp on a successful year on and off the court as the team also placed seventh at the NCAAs.
Congrats to our 4️⃣ All-ACC Academic Team selections‼️#OneTribe

Alumni:
The NBA Draft Lottery landed the Detroit Pistons the first overall pick and officially launched draft season. Florida State’s Scottie Barnes is expected to be a high pick and is already receiving some hype from Stadium’s basketball analyst Jeff Goodman, who sees him as a top 5 talent in the draft.
My Top 5 NBA Draft Board:
— Jeff Goodman (@GoodmanHoops) June 23, 2021
1. Cade Cunningham
2. Jalen Suggs
3. Evan Mobley
4. Jalen Green
5. Scottie Barnes
It makes sense. Barnes measured out with one of the largest wingspans in this class.
Neemias Queta had the longest wingspan at 7’ 4”
— Chad Ford (@chadfordinsider) June 22, 2021
Scottie Barnes with a massive 7’ 2.75” wing. That a +7” wingspan over his height (6’ 7” w/o shoes).
Miles McBride with a +7.75 wing (6’ 1” w/o shoes, 6” 8.75” wing)
But The Ringer isn’t quite as sold on those long arms as Goodman, mocking Barnes 11th to the Hornets. The draft is a little more than a month away on July 29th.
A big happy birthday is in order for Seminoles great, Cam Akers. The Rams celebrated their running back’s big day with a highlight reel from his rookie season so why not take a look back at his time in garnet and gold as well.
