Breaking down Commit-a-Palooza with Kev and Coach: What’s FSU getting in its newest commits?

Analyzing the newest additions to Florida State’s recruiting class

The commitments piled up this weekend for Florida State Seminoles football as four (yes FOUR) class of 2022 prospects said yes to Mike Norvell and company. In the video below, Kevin Little (XsandNoles) and I break down film from these players to give you an idea of what to expect.

Here is a quick rundown of who is discussed in the video:

Newest Florida State football commits

Trevion Williams

Williams is a big, long athlete out of Mississippi who will play defensive end at Florida State. I believe he will spend his days at the Fox position but that is not set in stone. Williams possesses a top-notch first step and the athleticism to turn the corner.

Qae’shon Sapp

Plus-sized interior offensive line prospect who possesses agile feet and top-notch awareness, Sapp will be a guard or center at the collegiate level. Sapp shows you he possesses the lateral movement skills to reach back on a three-technique or get out and pull. Sapp should fit nicely in a zone scheme.

Kanaya Charlton

A mountain of an interior line prospect who will knock you off your feet or swallow you whole. Charlton is a player who plays with a mean streak and a big smile all at the same time. Charlton has heavy hands and a dancer's feet. This young man is a project at the next level but his upside is immense.

Bishop Thomas

Thomas is a three-technique defensive line prospect with top-flight lateral movement skills. Thomas’ tape shows an uncanny first step for a big man and the burst you want to see. Be sure to watch Kev and I quickly nerd out on a triple option play and then gush over Thomas' explosiveness.
